The reporting week can be both demanding and rewarding as every month presents our team of specialists with a golden opportunity to delve deep into their respective areas of expertise, reviewing and comparing results, and looking for opportunities to evolve with our client’s unique goals and challenges in mind.
But it doesn’t stop there, our dedicated Account Managers, Marcus and Marie-Claire, then play a pivotal role in not only assessing individual channel performance but also ensuring their seamless integration into an overarching digital marketing strategy. It’s vital for our Account Managers to understand the uniqueness of each client, recognising that their range of services and objectives may vary significantly and in every case, make it a point to run through the rationale behind our actions and the “why” of what we’re doing.
After reviewing each team member’s reports, and thinking about each client’s goals and challenges, our Account Managers then spare no effort in creating some reporting magic – summarising all channels into concise highlights. These highlights are carefully crafted to communicate vital details, milestones, and the work accomplished in a manner that’s easily digestible for our clients, making the underlying logic of our monthly deliverables clear to understand by adding a deeper layer of meaning to the attached metrics, graphs, and summaries.
This process is always satisfying for us as it serves as a powerful reminder of the meaningful work we undertake to support non-profit organisations and charities each month and the exciting milestones we help them achieve.
