The majority of our team work from other Waterman co-working spaces, home and/or their own offices around Australia & New Zealand.  Currently we are scattered in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, with a couple in Newcastle and Auckland.

Online tools like chat, task management, calendars, emails are all great and we use them for efficiency, but nothing beats that direct call or face-to-face.

We get this one a lot!  I believe there are two parts to this question:

1. We are not a big agency or even an agency as such.  We are a team of specialists in our field, all based in Australia and New Zealand.
2. We also don’t charge like the big agencies in town.  Our pricing is quite flexible along with our service offering, with only what you need.  If you don’t need a burger with the lot, then we will not charge you for the full burger!
