These aren’t the words you like to see when trying to access your own organisation’s digital assets. This situation confronted one of our clients, entangled in managing logins from past employees and contractors, a scenario fraught with security risks and operational challenges.
We dived into the complexity of their situation with a clear goal: streamline and secure their digital access. To do this, we installed a password manager called LastPass to help our client securely store, share and manage their passwords.
With LastPass, our client gained a comprehensive overview of their digital access landscape. The platform’s features, such as generating strong, unique passwords and securely sharing access with team members, directly addressed the core issues of access fragmentation and security vulnerabilities. Additionally, LastPass’s ability to facilitate secure access from any location enhances operational flexibility, enabling the client to maintain productivity without compromising security.
Each login was evaluated, organised, and then securely stored within LastPass, ensuring that our client is positioned as the admin or super admin, granting them full command over their digital assets.
This means more time and resources can now be dedicated to their core mission, without the worry of digital asset mismanagement.
