Account managers – everyone has heard of them, but does anyone know what they actually do on a day-to-day basis? We recently asked one of our gun account managers, Lauren Leveque, what her role entails on a day-to-day basis.

Account Managers – they’re considered the glue that holds client relationships together and are prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

We give the client a single point of contact for all questions, feedback and communication, but also dictate the quality of project outcomes and long-term growth.

This all begins with building great relationships that cultivate and maintain trust between PN Digital and our clients.

A big part of my role at PN Digital is leading the client through onboarding, kick off calls, fortnightly summaries, monthly meetings and everything in between, ensuring client goals are thoroughly understood and projects are kept on track.

My role helps our team of specialists to focus on deliverables and make the best use of their time, all the while looking for and suggesting new ways in which we can help the client achieve their short and long-term business goals.

This is crucial to ensuring that the client expectations are met, and that clients are ultimately satisfied with their project outcomes.
